The documentary I was in last year won another award a couple of weeks back. And it's now on the long list for the British Short Film Awards (Documentary) -- one of ten nominees!

Took the just turned 17yo out for dinner to celebrate both their birthday and their gcse results. Lots of fun and laughter was had plus they got some dating advice from one of the young women serving us. (I thought I was too old to say anything particularly useful.)

i keep looking longingly at the outside of my house and wondering if it is feasible to add external shading in a way that's sympathetic and not too expensive. The whole of the 1st floor frontage is our bedroom and it's in sun from 1pm. (Photo from the day we bought it and got the keys last year.)

My partner is worrying that they may be autistic and asked friends for thoughts (they said yes). One of them recommended the monotropism questionnaire. dlcincluded.github.io/MQ/ Chat: I scored 206 out of 235. Getting to the point where I will end up spending £1000s to get an official assessment.

My first ever femme(ish) transition photos are these: 5 June 2021, about 5 months after starting hormones -- nascent boobs visible in 2nd pic! I managed to screw my courage to the sticking place and go out as a truer version of me to a local Starbucks. The fact that masks were still common helped.
