Hey everyone, been a bit hasn't it? I've been mostly working on improving my Music and Art skills as of recently, so while progress is being made on QBEmu still, way more progress has been happening with my art. Enjoy some examples of such here :3 #art

Part of me has considered halting QBEmu for a bit to go work on another game. Not that i'm not interested in making this game anymore, its just taking a lot of time to get where i need it to be and i really wanna prove i can make games that don't take 2+ years to make if i try hard enough.

Wow it has been a while, but don't worry. Progress has not slowed down even a little bit over the past couple months. On top of that, I upgraded my GPU to something from AMD so now the stupid bug I've been dealing with for the past 4 months is gone for now. New posts soon-ish

Been working on the handheld mode for QBEmu a bit more over the past couple days. With it, i have introduced new icons to fit the theme of it, and have slowly been making it feel more like the ps3's home menu/retroarch's XMB layout. hoping to show more off soon.

It seems like the team behind Godot has started looking into the bug report i put out, which is cool. In the meantime however, I got started programming something else that isn't affected by this bug. Hoping to show it off later today, however it is a little buggy and rushed.

So i just updated Manjaro, and it seems like there is some weird issues now going on with Wayland, Forward+, and Nvidia drivers(?) My game doesn't work when using Wayland with Forward+, but does work if i switch to X11 or switch to Compatibility, and this only started after updating today. #godot

Starting work on the Calendar for the game now as well btw. This is the most difficult thing I've worked on for the BIOS by far, but it now shows the month and year... now, how to get it to display the days in each month is gonna be a but of a difficult process though... #gamedev | #godot

While working on this part has been really fun, and I have gotten through a ton of stuff at this point (there is text boxes and npcs, 3 different levels, etc) I think today my main goal is gonna be to rework the BIOS menu as it currently is such a mess to get working. Wish me luck #gamedev

So for the past couple weeks now, I've completely moved on from Windows. I wiped my old Linux install (Zorin OS was good, but man did it have its flaws) and I'm now on Manjaro. Definitely some learning curves but it has been quite a nice experience so far.
