Been trying to figure out this kitbash by username idopictures on Reddit. It's obviously Voldus front torso, an adeptus custodes terminator torso for the chin guard and shoulders, the tilt shields for the additional accent. I'm not sure what the legs are, or how to copy the pipe over the shoulder.
