Ari would be the one texting this to Y'shtola if he wasn't completely against all forms of emotional expression and vulnerability #ariqotd

Okay I met Bertrand and I REALLY wanna play a route of him too, legit line up of Talimun, Bertrand, Orchel and Anatolia would be just as strong as the playable 4 we got

It's so funny playing like Deadlock or Overwatch which are like high pressure games where you gotta lock in and being fine, then swapping over to Fire Emblem and stressing out cause I gotta plan SO much shit on the calendar lmfao

Literally Ari's nightmare is being the one who lives so not well at all He's very much an "avoid the bad feelings at all costs" guy so he's retreating inwards and not coming to terms with it. If the Scions are there then they can pull him back out and help him move on, but if not - 1/2 #ariqotd

I really wish Talimun was a playable lord, he's just so charming?? and I love his crew (Simon and Ursula I WILL recruit your asses), also his debuffing blaze moves are were pretty sick in the one fight I got to use him. Plus he's easily got the most drip in the game, like LOOK at this dude

Talimun from Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave

He's a darkskinned man with curly swept back green hair, he's wearing a very extravagent bright red robe robe with one side of his chest uncovered and an absurd amount of gold jewelry inlaid with various gemstones. He's holding a compass in his hand and has a short twig? hanging out of his mouth while he places one foot on a chest of riches.

I only jumped back into Uma because I thought Nakayama Festa looked cool, I wasn't supposed to be out here getting emotional over Mejiro Palmer's story

This is like the most minor thing every but it'd be sick if you can toggle between NPCs using your WoL's first or last name

Finished the prologue of Forsaken Kingdom, it's pretty solid I like the RPG itemisation and full gear screen they added that's super cool and even though it's a bit janky at times giving the bosses MMO mechanics is actually pretty sick

Snakes, Ari hates them but will vehemently deny that he's scared of them. Instead he just INSISTS that they just creep him out a little and that's 100% different to being shit scared like he actually is

Genuinely might be one of the coolest menu screens ever, LOOK AT HIS AURA

Campaign select screen for Warcraft 3 in classic graphics. Arthas stands on a icy lake with frostmourne plunged into the ice, the wind is blowing from behind and whipping his hair and cape around as the sun just peaks over the top of a mountain in the distance through the cloudy sky

I'm about halfway through Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne and I haven't played since I was a kid so I have a lot of thoughts First of all this game still holds up incredibly even the old visuals are timelessly charming

Anyway I think Venat might be the best character in the whole game, the "to live is to suffer" rhetoric is fantastic and the idea of Venat KNOWING that leaving the star to the WoL is a curse as much as a blessing is fantastic

Deliink 🐬 @deliink.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Thinking about it, how many times has a character left their legacy or ideals to the WoL to take up and carry after they're gone cause it's a lot right?

Worth noting for anyone who cares... according to Y'shtola, Ysalye IS a Scion.

Alphinaud: Twelve grant her mercy...
Brief though our time together was, Ysayle was a true friend─a gentle soul who fought for her beliefs. She...she would have made a fine Scion.
Y'shtola: What is a Scion but one who fights for our cause? Our hopes survive thanks to her sacrifice. Let that be enough.
