As untimely and insensitive as it sounds...this must be the #1 question and then ask...why they voted the way they did. Then ask how will they work to change things for the better? If people don't make the connection when they are in dire need, they won't when they're not in need.

1. eat what you want, but eat fiber and protein before it 2. all eating MUST be followed by activity. no sedentary eating. 3. no carbs 3 hours before bed. I lost 20 pounds in 2 months with these rules. I still eat and drink some tasty junk. I'm not selling anything. Fuck ICE.
