I can't remember if they explored that in the movies -- how many times Decker or other blade runners had mistakenly killed humans. Maybe like ICE they don't care how many people they kill in the process, so no one confirms it.

I find it strange that tvs used to be mostly floor level but eventually migrated up to the tops of small tables or hanging on the wall. Maybe just a matter of weight, now that they're light enough to hang on the wall.

My compromise around 2010 was to print articles at work but in really small font so long articles could fit on only a few pages. Then it would be a mix of politics and news and recipes. I still pull recipes out of cupboard and see "The Dialectical Praxis of Breaking Bad" on the back of it.

I think a lot about the silly solution they find in The Langoliers & similar old Twilight Zone episode. "Our plane flew through a rip in time/space/dimensions. What if we just fly back the way we came?" So Langoliers is kind of an isekai near miss? Does isekai require getting stuck in new world?
