Carpe Jugulum by Terry Pratchett. Granny Weatherwax usually stresses me out more than other characters, so it was surprising that not having her there for more plot than usual was stressful in a different way. Which was probably the experience of some characters as well. I am v interested in Agnes!

Reverie by Ryan La Sala. I do love stories within stories, especially when they can be both escape & prison. Also, amnesia & identity issues. But imo the story should've been either more fucked up or more lighthearted, & the pacing more consistent. Still enjoyed it way more than expected!

Monstrous Regiment by T Pratchett. There are some things I didn't like about this book, but it was easy to read, interesting about gender & had both canon & shippy femslash! Also, it's funny how TP chose the one colour that's used as slang for gay men in rus for the oppressive dead God to outlaw

Jingo, 5th Elephant, Night Watch by T Pratchett Still very much worth the read! Colon still should've died. Angua/Carrot grew on me against my will Appreciated the increase in Sybil in elephant. Sam literally becomes his own hero, pfft Carrot would've been funnier to me, but I guess he's not the MC🪦

Guards! Guards!, Men At Arms, Feet of Clay by Terry Pratchett. I can see why they're so popular. Worth the read, but not favourites. Prefer the ger trans title for the 1st for the wordplay potential "Wachen wachen". My faves keep dying. Cursed colon keeps not dying. RIP Cuddy. *Hello*, Cheri!
