The "AI slop era" was the first quarter of the year in CVE disclosure, said Madison Ficorilli, senior security manager at GitHub and CVE board member, at Policy @ DEF CON. But the models got better and the people got better at using the model. CVE reports are still AI but no longer so much slop.
