It hit me last night that the background curtain from Bejeweled and The Fate of Ophelia is giving I’m Going Home from The Rocky Horror Picture Show 🎭 This curtain falls when Dr. Frank-N-Furter dies…

I had a thought! It’s the medium is the message/massage by Marshall McLuhan - meaning the MEDIUM of communication has a greater impact than the content it carries. Taylor knows her influence comes from HOW she tells the story, not the specific words she uses. All of this is for show, not tell. 🧶

If you haven’t turned and faced the self, what is consciousness? Not putting on identities for external validation, it’s coming into an inherent awareness of the self and letting that be externalized. The same can be applied with how we experience astrology. Who you are when no one is looking🪞🪩

i also wanted to add bc i forgot but, this line in The Fate of Ophelia is basically a direct quote from Hamlet. Act 1 Scene 3 of Hamlet to be exact and it’s when Ophelia is addressing her brother Laertes. Which then adds to the whole fraternal souls and brother imagery Tay’s used across TLOAS.

Some thoughts: 1. Backstage is purple. She is showing us a peek behind the curtain. Gay. 2. Yellow is the stage. She will only ever be yellow in that arena ∴ It’s only ever gonna be people who step beyond the parallax who can see her purple truth. It’s not gonna be a known thing but a iykyk thing

I'm ready to see her burn it all down, but I think the 16 months comment on the podcast is her timeline. This year is her honoring her career in her own words & power, ending the Era. Next year is the start of a life without constant reinvention and performative identities. Hang on a little longer.

The greatest art heist of modern history was on 4/18/1990 in Boston Massachusetts at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum echoing a Renaissance Venetian Palace (the D’orsay of Boston). The art stolen was worth half a billion dollars. The entire story is both beautiful and horrifying 🧶🇮🇪🇫🇷🇮🇹
