Hamas said this during the ceasefire talks, and is saying it now. We need heavy equipment in order to remove the rubble under which bodies of some Israeli prisoners are buried Haaretz reported that Israel's knew this before the ceasefire. The bodies under the rubble is thanks to ishell.
