Parents like me can't afford to avoid & ignore random phone numbers calling. It could be a spot has opened up in therapy, or a grant you applied for, or a specialist who's wait list you've been on for 8 months. Or some key institutions wanting you to prove your kid still has autism.

We fall asleep and wake up when our bodies tell us to in this house and that's another reason online school is working out for her. Bedtime for her is a suggestion on when to wind down, it's not a requirement that she falls asleep right away. Unlearning parenting that doesn't work for my kid.

The biggest problem in real estate right now besides the prices is data centers. Can you imagine going through the hell of buying a house only for a data center to pop up nearby? I went to get coffee and there were 3 cop cars in the Tim Hortons parking lot. Running. I asked them about it and they said they can't turn their cars off because it cuts the computer system off and they have to wait for it to reboot every time they turn it back on. In THIS economy?!
