I just don't know the numbers. Keep the hospitals, police, fire open but every restaurant, trucker, airline, teachers, retail store, day care, amazon, fed ex, trains, shipping ports, ALL SHUT DOWN. That seems like more than 3% but idk. I'll leave that to the economists lol.

I think because I've been reading and catching up a lot today..substacks, sm, news, etc.- this is the idea that seems to me could be the most effective. It would need to be massive though so as to hurt the wealthiest/ most powerful so action would be demanded by those who could force regime change
