Really happy to have been shortlisted and have a poem included in this @renardpress.bsky.social anthology. My poem 'The Bride of Arta' is based on a Greek folk ballad called 'The Bridge of Arta' - but told from the perspective of the woman who is sacrificed in order that the bridge could be built.
