There are all sorts of these stores in Scottsdale and Sedona selling vintage Navajo textiles and other Native arts. Just because they advertise on Facebook doesn't equate to Nazis. I'm a Native journalist and do a lot in the art world and I'm way more concerned with fake imported pieces

It's a knockoff of a Navajo rug. We have been trying to get FB, Amazon, eBay et al to remove them but if the small print says Native style they won't do it. that said some Natives are reclaiming the symbol and telling the Nazis to go f$#k themselves
