I survived my 2nd Sunday of jog n gym. 1 mile walk to the park Half a mile jog to the park gym equipment. 20 mins legs n tummy Half mile jog back to park entrance 1 mile walk home. My legs are going to hurt for the next few days. #NopainNogain

I have a squat machine, and some resistance bands, and light weights. Jogging will help me burn some fat hopefully, need to take it slow, as I’m 62. You know, the old knees!! 🫣😆🤭 My running goal is up to 1 mile in in 3 months. 3 miles in 1 year 🤔😵‍💫😬

Hello lovelies. So I’ve been doing some sort of exercising since mid August, and I’ve just started to do some jogging last Sunday. I haven’t run for 22 years, so it’s a work in progress. Happy with results so far I’ve lost nearly 2 inches of my waistline I was 39 now 37. My aim is 34 and then 32.

Had my 5th first aid class in 19 years last week. And I must say, it was the best one so far. Very good instructor and lots of role playing different scenarios. Using CPR , Defib, ect.
