I survived my 2nd Sunday of jog n gym. 1 mile walk to the park Half a mile jog to the park gym equipment. 20 mins legs n tummy Half mile jog back to park entrance 1 mile walk home. My legs are going to hurt for the next few days. #NopainNogain

Hello lovelies. So I’ve been doing some sort of exercising since mid August, and I’ve just started to do some jogging last Sunday. I haven’t run for 22 years, so it’s a work in progress. Happy with results so far I’ve lost nearly 2 inches of my waistline I was 39 now 37. My aim is 34 and then 32.

I went to the hospital on Friday regarding my balance and virtigo issues I’ve had. After lots of tests including an MRI. I was diagnosed with a vestibular imbalance. So I’ve been give walking exercises to do. Here’s me doing my 3 times a day physio 😉 #LazySunDays

A much more tolerable day today. The house is cooling down and is now habitable. Our bedroom was up in the 30’s only going down to 25 at 3 am, with no breeze. Last night was the first full nights sleep I’ve had since last Sunday.

After my breast surgery consultation, I went home really disappointed that the surgeon said he is a surgeon, not a magician. I guess my expectations were a little high. 2 n a half yrs later, I do think he just shoved half a tennis ball into each side.
