English is weird. “T” makes the “CH” sound in “Picture” “OLO” makes “ER” sound in “Colonel” (pronounced “kernel” in English). “T” makes the “CH” sound (again) in “Stricture”. Therefore “tolot” spells “Church” in English. Sorry, I don’t make the rules.
