Been craving a steak lately (which tbh I’ve never had before) but I found these today! It was the only pack in the reductions too :>

Yeah just keep ignoring me NHS this is definitely fine and normal 🙄

Caught my head on smth now I feel like Harry Potter

Flooded my kitchen bc my asshole neighbours can make noise any hour of the fucking day/night but If I make too much noise I get fucking eviction warnings. This place not only plays favourites but is blatantly sexisit The ONLY thing I can fo to drown out noise is to run my shower/taps HENCE THE FLOOD

Officially lost 1 link since I started using this despite having a couple days break here and there

Think I went too far can’t properly bend 3/5 toes on my left foot now

I’m having so many intense feelings its giving me emotional constipation

New month new chance I’m logging my weight everytime even if I’m embarrassed cuz I need to stay accountable and actually know how much I lose this month

0100

My dream last night was weird, I was in my flat but it actually was my flat (locations get warped in my dream my flat has never actually looked like my flat in my dreams) and my ex was there. The second I realised he wasn’t supposed to be there cuz he’s banned I instantly woke up

I gained over a kg since yesterday, why must my body hate me :(

Its gone already… I posted this THREE minutes ag Uk wtf sort ur weather out PLEASE

Can’t even havev a w*nk bc ik too drunk fuck why do I always do this

Caved and ate noodles (+430 cals = 1000 not including alch) but I still wanna eat Doesn’t help when I kinda wanna take a metab day to reset my system have a feeling I’ll end up getting fatty takeout which is so fatty I’m sure I’ll gain

Left my flat for a bit, coming back in all I can smell is the food I cooked, I wanna eat again so bad but all I have will double my cals for the day help

I just accidentally dropped my biggest knife on my foot, its a small wound but it hurts sm

Love how I’ve burned 10 cals just from moving the washing from the machine to the dryer & going back and forth to check on the pasta

I’ve always had a more accurate read with my watch than my phone, then again I don’t carry my phone constantly even opting to leave it at home if il popping out shortly and it needs to charge, since I p much wear my watch 24/7 (unless its on charge) its able to track my steps more accurately

120

My dumass forgot to add the pasta, dinner est is actually 620

I wanna see a lot my autumn thinspo on my feed now that we’re slowly transitioning Autumn/winter thinspo his so hard

This is why I prefer a watch to track my steps, I get like 100 in just going back and forth to the toilet during the night and I don’t take my phone w me. Plus using a “walking” workout function means its actually bases cals burned on hr and avg speed/stride etc

120

Remind me in a week I’m super forgetful!!

010

20 to 4 in the afternoon, burned 370cals so far

I ordered off my my mum’s amazon cuz she has prime so I can’t get a ss but I can go online and try to find it again tho

010

If its still raining later I might go for a little walk, I love the rain and have really missed it with the recent heatwaves

THIS IS NOT INCLUDING ALCH CALS!! I drink straight from the bottle so it’s hard to measure exactly how much so I don’t count them tbh.. this is my first drink in days tho so my gaining/maintaining still doesn’t make sense

Est cals for dinner: 450 Currently burned (its 2:30min the afternoon): 225cals Current net: 225cals

030

Btw if ur wondering why tonights plate seems sm more than tomorrows is because it feels illegal to have an omelette w/o cheese which is high cal, the chicken isn’t so bad

Cooking made me super hungry so will probably break my fast before 6 (my usual dinner time)

030

Also pls ignore the bunch of tubs that need to be washed up, I’m slowly working through it

My new watch arrives today, problem is its being delivered to my mum’s and I won’t be there till Wednesday My watch still works fine but the broken strap is less than ideal since its a hassle to take on and of for washing up, showeing etc

150

Is there a website I can use to add more than 5 things from a recipe to see the cal total without downloading yet another app? I use nutracheck to track cals & weight and adding a meal (ur own recipe) used to be a free feature but it no longer is so I can only add 5 items per day

020

I love that my mum taught me how to season young because I literally guess every time & 8/10 times it comesbout perfect

Didn’t end up cooking the fridge bits yesterday but I’ve finally done it :> Plate is for the pasta tonight and the bowl is for an omelette tomorrow
