And this is my skyrocket into my interest of the KOG story! I wish the best for Gwen, that she receives all the love & support on the actual planet Earth. May no one experience the Park Planet "support" & let her mutilate anyone who treats her as this predator does here. She's adorable always! 💗🫀🩸

Goddamn, Knights of Guinevere kicks ass so far. Love seeing more deeply personal, challenging character studies within all the colour, pomp, and circumstance of cartoons.

The LG privacy policy is better in some ways than a lot of policies I've read, but then they also fumble pretty hard in other areas (as expected). All that said, I've never seen a company PROMOTE ad-blocking in the privacy policy before, so that's really cool. Learn more here! youtu.be/-xLWfac3WSA

Also, if you want smart phones, buy used! Stop directly supporting multi-trillion dollar companies by keeping their slightly older stuff out of the landfill. For MOST people, tech from 5 years ago works pretty much just as good as it does today!

Dumb phone tip: A $30 smart phone from a big box store is going to be a far more effective dumb phone than a $500+ dumb phone. If you want to solve your tech addiction, get tech you don't want to use. Your brain will want to use something that cost $500.

That’s always how it is with AI. Either it’s just there and mandatory, or something you have to turn off. They have to force it on us because they know it’s increasingly unpopular yet they’re desperate to keep that bubble inflated.

Since it was asked on tumblr, I'm posting some of the designs I did first for Make or Break! The final boss form for Noelle I kind of reverse-engineered from that one panel, since my initial goal was just to make her look kind of incomprehensible.

Art showcasing Susie, Noelle and Ralsei as they appeared in the "Make or Break" comic. Susie appears as a dragon with wings and a long tail, plus gold horns. The claws on her hands and feet are also much larger. Notes include "horns + tail resemble crowns" and "Soul lights her up from the inside!"
Noelle is largely in her white Dark World robe, although she also has the small, glowing wings, and the spiked halo. There are notes that she is wearing the gilded rose ring, and "Halo eye follows her line of sight."
For Ralsei, they are now in a green dress, with a pink ribbon tied back on their head. Their notes are "fully femme presenting - all scarves turned into ribbons" and "fire magic babyyyy"

Art showcasing how both Noelle and Kris in the weird route were designed for "Make or Break." Kris looks like a slumped-over zombie, their entire body darkened, with the soul peering out through cracks in their chest. Notes about them include "Hair still looks wet", "Actual Kris has diminished to nothing in favor of the soul" and "Overall thin, hollow, weightless!" The soul also dims when not in use.
Noelle is largely in her light world outfit, except for her right arm, which has the dark world sleeve and the thorn ring. The checkers on her sweater have changed color to match the Glaceir dungeon from the sword route. Notes for her include "Used to be able to switch between LW and DW outfits but that ability broke" and "hands show signs of soul usage." She also has the thorn ring.

A basic black and white design for final boss Noelle from Make or Break. The design is largely angelic, mirroring Noelle's dark world form, but with enormous, folded angel wings at the sides. A mess of thorns, hooves or spikes protrudes from the bottom without real sense. The arms and fingers are unnaturally long, with spiked rings circling the forearms. The head is a mess of armor in the rough shape of a deer skull, with both antlers and wings protruding from the back, and concentric spiked rings surrounding the head. There's a space for Noelle to actually be seated underneath the deer armor/skull. Dragon Susie is nearby for scale; not much larger than the inner portion of just the head.

Been seeing a lot of people headcanon Yellow from Deltarune as having moral OCD and yeah, I can see some parallels to my own experiences. Definitely feel the excessive self-punishment for things people tell me “aren’t a big deal”, and just in general struggling with doing justice “the right way”.

Doesn’t mean we shouldn’t always try to be our best selves, else we risk becoming complacent and getting worse. It just pays to recognize our common humanity and our innate capability for causing harm, one way or another. What always matters most is how we move forward if and when we do.

“But I’ve never done anything wrong! I’ve never been the asshole! Right…?” Probably; likely without even realizing it, and no matter how we pretend otherwise. Whether it’s not foreseeing consequences due to inexperience or even taking part in society, no one gets through life without causing harm.

It’s a lot of young people raised online, well before they can understand how complicated morality really is and - importantly - before they can see that complexity in themselves. From experience, the realization that you, too, fall under a shade of grey is *crushing* if you’re used to moralizing.
