I won't claim that riding a bike fixes everything, but moving your body, getting some fresh air, and being face to face with nature on a simple commute can do so much for your physical and mental health. You don't always have to leave the car at home, but give it a try sometime if you can.

This driver with temp tags that expired in March 2025 (17 months ago) with over $7700 in tickets for moving violations ran the red light at 1st & M Streets NE and almost ran over four people in the crosswalk. Hell yeah!
