You notice they didn't contest the facts of Jan 6 or the classified docs case. Rather they wanted a gotcha moment by catching Jack Smith in perjury. He's upright & patriotic & at the ICC has faced much smarter adversaries than these obnoxious Senators who today brought shame to the institution.

I think that there is a good chance the Dems win the next election. But even if they try to rectify stuff (far from guaranteed) how can the world ever trust the US again knowing we are only one election away from Trump 2.0? The only sane course of action is to minimize involvement with the US.

I think the general consensus of people around the world is that Americans can get fooled by a con man once, but to return him to power a 2nd time after having seen his corruption, incompetence, ignorance, & buffoonery, the problem isn’t just Trump it’s the American people.
