I have seen it before, I just always say “we should watch that again” every October and I always forget.

Dazed and Wandering @dazedwandering.bsky.social · 3h

You have three problems: 1. You’re freezing to death 2. You’re lost in the woods 3. There’s an evil beast kept alive with a magic lantern Mae: “I use the lantern to burn the woods down.”

I did finally remember to watch Over the Garden Wall this year. I really need to play Night in the Woods again, keep up my autumnmaxing.

Thats right, we’re doing a “bunch o’ scrunch”. (If you know you know.)

I think I’m just too tired for anything and everything. Literally and figuratively. Too tired to sleep.

“Cast from shadows” Probably already posted this one here but still. Don’t we all have long staring contests with a mirror to make sure there’s nobody else in there? That you’re all still… you?

Yeah, and I haven’t been super motivated to go for anything else because I actually found the bad ending pretty narratively satisfying. I like that silent hill f just told you what to do because getting all the endings was part of how the narrative was meant to be experienced.

Dazed and Wandering @dazedwandering.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

I honestly was gonna give up, I started watching a video of someone playing it and then decided to give it another shot once I knew where the elevator was. (Apparently they’re patching the Weight because it always being RIGHT on top of you is frustrating for everyone.)

Dazed and Wandering @dazedwandering.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I know there are coins and books for the two joke endings on new game +, so I’d totally have to recheck all of those places on another playthrough.

Dazed and Wandering @dazedwandering.bsky.social · 06/10/2026

I was just thinking about this in silent hill townfall, one chapter starts with you right in front of the entrance to a building with a one way door, so I searched the entire plaza and halfway through I thought “yeah there’s defiantly nothing here and I will check this every time I play the game.”

She’ll kill as many gods as she needs to for the world to mind its own business.

Weird that the only modern silent hill game where I felt like a powerful badass who could take on the world was the one with no guns where you’re playing as a Japanese schoolgirl. Sure that all have a rusty pipe, but Hinako has way more righteous anger than James or Simon.

We got rid of serifs so lower case t’s would be more effective at scaring off vampires, but at what cost?

120

Dazed and Wandering @dazedwandering.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Intuitive to players, but the game had no idea what you’re talking about and you’re gonna need to walk it through it step by step.

A good fresh Star Trek take on those fake isekai title jokes

A tumblr screenshot showing a post and two reblog responses, reading:
1. "star trek would be the ideal fictional universe to get trapped in because you'd explain your situation and they'd be like yeah makes sense. no further questions. fortunately we can use the mysterious warp signature emitting from this system's icy moon to counterface with the solar radiation and slingshot you back home"
2. "I'm from a universe where your world is all a work of fiction." Benjamin Sisko, nodding. "That happened to me once."

Ended up having pumpkin pie with my sinsmas loona (the most cozy loona). I feel that @renardfoxdemon.bsky.social is to blame somehow.

Thats generally been my policy so far and I think I’m far happier for it.

I assumed the main takeaway from this short would be the backstory for a moment in season 3 where they find out Loona has been talking to her the whole time. Which is great because you don’t need the short to fill that in but it’s great to see.

Also start the clock on the rollback, downplaying and apologies. Because for some reason everyone continues to think this is the kind of shit people want to hear.

Oh I just realized that this started because I accidentally ended up with two of these so I can do a very direct side by side.

I was pretty limited with what I had to work with, but I finally finished my project to turn a spare circus chica action figure I had into my duck Fennel. I think it turned out alright all things considered. First time I’ve tried modeling things with green stuff.

Even the jolly green giant was probably made by some advertisers who put a lot of effort and passion into it, they probably loved their idea, which is the thing you can always tell is missing. They aren’t making this because they WANT it to exist.

The “conservatives don’t know WHY people like things” principal holds strong. They copy the aesthetics without the soul. It’s like that guy who thought he could make something as successful as pokemon by slapping random creatures with conservative virtues in their names on trading cards.

I really liked that page but man the horn there always ruined it for me, don’t know why I didn’t just fix it the first time, I feel like I’ve always noticed it.

030

Dazed and Wandering @dazedwandering.bsky.social · 30/09/2026

Since I read through this again, I did have to go back and fix this one Arty I really didn’t like. I’m usually not too much of a perfectionist with comic panels (I know nobody will care more than me in the end) but I really messed up her horn and some face stuff here, and after 2 years i fixed it.

That's a good question I'm not sure if it counts as a sacrifice. More of an execution demanded by someone who owns a sacrificial altar. Furfur doesn't like people touching his stuff.

110

Dazed and Wandering @dazedwandering.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Wip: "I haven't been able to use my sacrificial altar in centuries!” “Yeah you really nailed the ambiance.” I re-read the comic from the beginning and I'm ready to get back on my bullshit.

Her grumpy ass is a shockingly good landing pad. X3 But totally, I mean you can see how her biting bluntness comes from a place of genuine emotional awareness and understanding, she just has to use that awareness for good instead of evil.

Loona being forced to be a responsible adult because there’s an ACTUAL angsty teen she has to look out for is just so perfect.
