After loosing Fudge earlier in the year I didn't think I'd ever find another kitty I'd bond with like I did with Fudge. But I believe he sent me Toby. I'm so thankful I've had so much kitty love in my life. 000

I’m starting a new tradition of getting him flowers and having a little “shrine” for him. It’s weird figuring out that my body was in constant fight or flight and stuck in a trauma response. My shoulders feel lighter and I feel like I can breathe. A lot more therapy to go but it’s been amazing! 100
