The one thing I really like about Control Resonant's combat is that when you trigger character buffs, loud noises play and your screen gets all fucked up. It's like The Board in the game is gassing you up after ripping the head off Hiss drone enemy and that makes you do more damage or move faster.

No for real I like what I see of some of the newer stuff. I just hope it stays unsafe. That's the best part of Marathon, it never gets boring when I play because it's always unsafe. Played some other games while taking a break and other games don't feel like Marathon.

Been grinding some Borderlands 4, C4SH is cool and has a good voice actor behind them. Also got two near perfect Pearlescent weapons in two days which i guess I'd rather that luck go somewhere else but at least I still have luck so there's that.
