#GameDay in London and it was a strange affair in which the team with the really shaky QB won against the ones who played most of the match with their third choice. I wonder if the London games suffer because it is just do early into the #NFL season?

Swapping #parkrun for an early morning run along the promenade in Malta. Even before 7 it is hard going in the heat 🥵 Off for some breakfast and a cooling dip in the pool 🏖

A fantastic #parkrun at ARU Writtle today. It was a short jog from Chelmsford station. Rhe event itself is s couple of laps round a beautiful lake, with a paved out-and-back in the middle.
