SRC changed their terms of use yesterday, and released a news post with an FAQ. They make it sound like not a big deal. It's a big deal. The Creative Commons licence is gone. They claim ownership over the data now. Thread about what this means, and what we can do about it 🧵

I saw this screenshot going around, found this detail charming, looked more into the game (I've never played a Silent Hill) & decided to buy it. Btw these are the "unimportant" background assets AI idiots think AI should be used for

Screenshot of a Twitter post by Val / @shegoingtogloat - it's a Silent Hill screenshot showing a close up of a cork board. On it, a paper says "Welcome to Shorefront Family Clinic" in a classic wiggly 3D font style. The tweet text is: Is this a Silent Hill asset made using PowerPoint lol"

#Sonic #SonicTheHedgehog #SonicFrontiers (original tweet will be linked below) People unironically thinking the Switch 1 is responsible for us not getting this version of Frontiers don't seem to consider the fact things would've changed regardless during development.

Screenshot of a tweet from Tails' Channel. (will be linked at the end of the thread)
The tweet reads, "Breaking: Here's a look at what appears to be even earlier beta footage from what would become Sonic Frontiers."
The video is paused at 24 seconds showing Sonic on top of a tower, being able to see rocky terrain and grassy fields, with giant robots in the background.

#Splatoon #Splatoon3 #Splatfest #GrandFestival Happy 2 years since Grand Splatlands Bowl #Tricolor became playable for only 24 hours and hasn't been playable normally since then. Surely we get Tricolor PB's in the next update...right? Please Nintendo, just give it to us already. 😭

#Splatoon #Splatoon3 #SalmonRun Wahoo #BigRun is over once again. Did pretty good this time around (doesn't beat my BIG Big Run Wahoo score but it beat the 2024 score at least) but I did get annoyed at a couple of rounds. (couldn't even end off with Triumvirate, kept losing towards the end 😭)

Screenshot of Splatoon 3 during a Big Run.
The stage is Wahoo World, my rank is Eggsecutive VP 999/999, and my high score is 172 eggs.

Screenshot from the Switch Online app showing my results on the Wahoo World (2026) Big Run.
172 Eggs is my high score, I reached Eggsecutive VP 999, and I made it in the Top 3% for ranking.

#Splatoon #Splatoon3 #SalmonRun Did some thinking on it and I feel like what makes this announcement feel worse is the fact we don't have #Tricolor or #BigRun in PB's yet. For comparison's sake, Splatoon 2 added Turf War (Splatfest) only a couple of days after Chaos Vs. Order had wrapped up. (1/7)

Screenshot of Splatoon 2 selecting a Shifty Station during a Private Battle, with the Ninja Red/Ninja Blue ink colors selected.
The stage being chosen is Sweet Valley Tentacles, the stage on the bottom right.

It is in the middle of the stage where a blue octopus tentacle can be seen on the left behind a gate and a red squid tentacle can be seen on the right in front of another gate.

Screenshot of the official SplatoonJP Twitter account posting about the next Big Run being on Wahoo World, taking place from 9/11 7PM CDT - 9/13 7PM CDT.

Google translation of the post: "Here is a notice about Big Run from Grizzco!
"The next Big Run is scheduled to take place at Wahoo World from 9:00 AM on Saturday, September 12, to 9:00 AM on Monday, September 14.
