So happy I opened the timeline and saw a bunch of other people complaining about this. The line menu was annoying in TotK and felt like it actively discouraged experimentation in AoI. Single most annoying modern Zelda decision like it's somehow better than a grid menu or a wheel

tried playing xenoblade 2 with the japanese voice pack and I just can't they took the quirkiness out of my quirky jrpg. the voices match up with the lips. the accents are gone. the nopon don't have noticeably funny voices to my english speaking ears. significantly less whimsy to be found
