I use Clip Studio Paint for creating my comic. It's super cheap compared to the competition if you pick it up on sale and is quite popular so its easy to find tutorials and answers to questions. For single image graphics and PDFs I use the Affinity Suite of software.

I've got a little map I use to track which states I've sent copies of Pacifica to. It's a good start, but I want to fill in more! If you'd like to help me out you can order a copy from my Etsy shop. etsy.me/3DfH4Kr #indiecomics

I, personally, have developed a self care routine I try to follow every morning to get into the proper creative headspace. I follow that by blocks of working and short breaks, leaving longer recreation periods for later in the day after I feel I've accomplished some progress.

The simplest way to strengthen the indie comics community is to simply interact with each other. Follow people, watch their videos, comment. We all need encouragement. I do feel that a strong community will help us grow awareness of indie comics and become better creators.
