121 - Starmie "Each warp explosion sent ripples spreading through the cosmos. And something in the stars took notice. Staryus and Starmies took notice. A simply incomprehensible entity arrived in the solar system, like a shark smelling blood, light years away."

The great war, the prelude to armageddon and our records of Nightmare Kanto, started as many others did. A political fanatic assassinated an East European duchess, using a warp grenade derivative of the Pokeball technology.

120 - Staryu Staryus thrive in the irradiated ocean surrounding Kanto. Their cores, pulsing within faceted skin, writhe with cosmic and psychic energy. Cinnabar Island police officers often report grueling scenes involving Staryus.

Staryu and Starmie share a strong connection to the stars. During the war, they silently bore witness to the cosmic hellscape coming for Earth. Humanity knocked, and something answered.

Officially diagnosed with ADHD at 38! I've known for a while, but now I'm processing a grief cycle which seems common for adult diagnoses. "If i just got this diagnosis sooner, how much different could my life be rn."

118 - Known as “the water dancer,” Goldeen's tattered veined fins give a hauntingly beautiful display in the open water. They swim nightmarishly fast, deadly both in and out of water. Schools of Goldeens notoriously breach from the water to attack anything in the air or on sea-faring vessels.

The unfortunate truth about freelance art is that you need to keep evolving. You don't get to hit cruising altitude, reach a salary gig, and kick back. Learn more 2d and 3d, grow your community and network. Reach out to companies even when they're not hiring.

It brings me so much joy making my art. I've learned so much doing my craft, making mistakes, fumbling forward. Tackling the hard questions and digging deep on why some things work and why others flop. Painting, drawing, matte painting, 3d, writing, all of it. It's all an immense dance, and it's me.

The Conjoined Knights (Blender and CSP) Necromancers must improvise with the resources they have on hand. The creative ones learn to combine bodies through the spines of similar creatures, and reanimate through trial and error. Failed and discarded experiments litter long forgotten mausoleums.
