Just witnessed sea fog (advection fog) gliding horizontally into the bay of Parikia, like something out of the Pirates of the Caribbean … the fog was dense and obscured the other shore to the point the ferries switched to fog horns. Impressive.

Got up early to #hike a segment of the Byzantine route from Lefkes. The road is over 1000 years old, paved with marble in places, like delicate pieces of a forgotten puzzle. Lovely way to start the day alone with your thoughts in the middle of #nature #paros #hereandnow
