I think most shows when they turn (comparably to earlier seasons) bad, I tend to appreciate those seasons more. However, Sleepy Hollow is one show I was happily enjoying and then it turned to unwatchable. I ended up just not appreciating it at all.

Next door are doing maintenance on their hot tub - vibrations coming through the wall. There's a guy jetwashing a drive and house across the street. The generator and pump are causing vibrations in the floor. I've just put some dub heavy music on to try and neutralise the vibrations.

The long and short of it is that no matter what a school says they can do to support trans kids, the reality is they can't protect their mental health and general wellbeing because so many kids already have a prejudice against trans people. And we all know why that is.

Thanks! It's slow, but we'll be persistent. Thankfully there seems to be a pretty good LGBTQ youth support network here and a weekly social session he can attend.

Life comes at you fast - it really does. It's how you adapt and react. Being off work myself has helped with adapting to homeschooling, but I go back 4 weeks today and will juggle both (though he will be with his mum for some of the homeschooling) for some of the time.

He's on his third day of this and he's racing through everything and taking it in. Day 1 was difficult, but he caught up yesterday. I honestly couldn't be prouder of him and also how his brother has adapted and got over his own attendance issues.

I spent last week building up a lesson plan from Oak National Academy's resources and putting in time for my support (I can't deliver teaching, only support after the video lesson).

So I made the decision that I did not want to make - he had to be homeschooled until we could get a proper Educational Health Care (EHC) plan in place, with an EOTAS (Education Other Than at School) in place which would potentially lead to funding to support his education.

The first day he was in school after being outed, there were stares. There were comments. Nothing that he could report to a teacher. On the Monday after, it became clear that attending school was completely untenable. Transferring was also not a solution.

Meanwhile, we tried outreach at school (small class sizes), but it was too small and loud. Then school agreed to change class away from a bully. Then he got outed.

Some services do not want to get involved whilst he is on the ND waiting list. So, we're largely down to charities (MIND have been great) or paid services.

Over the last few months, he's had ADHD screening and is on the waiting list for ND assessment, he's been to the doctor a few times to seek help, we've referred to services but got rejected because he's "too high risk" and we're on a waiting list for 1-2-1 help for high risk teens.

The first thing I did was to stand up and hug him. This was finally an explanation into all the problems he had been going through since February with school attendance, self esteem, body dysphoria and poor mental health in general.

These punishments will only cover up to 2018. There is likely a whole can of worms from 2018 onwards that has yet to be opened and investigated. The sanctions do have the potential to significantly change what City are now if the Premier League have the balls to issue them.

I favour expunging the wins from the records over redistributing them (like the Tour de France did with Lance Armstrong) - the players will still have their awards and medals and it'll be up to them how they view them.
