Well, a mere two years and 71,898 words later, it's done. My new book, "Entwined: The Real Science of Mind/Body Medicine" is off to the publisher. Look for it at your neighborhood bookstore in mid-2027. Thanks to the many good folks who offered their thoughts and critique along the way!

A federal court ruled that ANTHROPIC illegally copied MILLIONS of books to train its AI. All authors and publishers whose books were downloaded by Anthropic from pirate websites are subject to receiving compensation. This could involve your work. For more info: authorsguild.org/news/anthrop...

Sleep need–dependent plasticity of a thalamic circuit promotes homeostatic recovery sleep
Prolonged wakefulness leads to persistent, deep recovery sleep (RS). However, the neuronal circuits that mediate this process remain elusive. From a circuit screen in mice, we identified a group of th...

Zuckerberg's 'masculine energy' got its first big win with Trump declaring there are only two genders. This is an agenda that will see laws passed to push gays back into the closet and women back into the kitchen. Our trans siblings are in the front line of this fight, so now more than ever

Don’t let them fool you. RFK, Jr. received his funding from big Republican donors. Steve Bannon urged him to run! Why? Because he’s there to play spoiler. Democrats shouldn’t fall for it. A vote for RFK, Jr. is a vote to help Trump win, plain and simple.
