August Baking | Bundt Cakes Banana & Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake A new month and it's August. This banana chocolate chip cake is an easy bundt cake to make. It's so moist and tastes like banana bread plus chocolate chips add to the flavour. Turned out great, smells and looks so good.

July Baking | Loaf Cakes Banana, Apple & Cinnamon Loaf Cake This loaf cake is an extra-moist quick bread studded with juicy apples, plenty of cinnamon and the quintessential crunchy sugar topping. These turned out great and we had to have a slice of each to taste, which were lovely.

Japanese Strawberry and Cream Sandwich Ichigo Sando I've been seeing this everywhere, thanks to M&S selling these. I thought I would give it a go, since it seems fairly simple to make. This turned out very well & very tasty! Using thick bread, this fills you up. I was even struggling to finish!

July Baking | Loaf Cakes Dates, Prunes, Apricots and Walnut Loaf Cake This month I have chosen to do Loaf Cakes. I added Prunes & Apricots, as they work so well together. Again substituted eggs with flaxseed eggs. Loved adding the coffee granules to this, it does give it an extra kick.

June Baking | Pride Themed Rainbow Cupcakes with Sprinkles Last Pride Baking and cannot beat some cupcakes. They turned out well. The colours are more vibrant once you look inside the cupcakes, so happy with that. These came out fluffy with a vanilla flavour. The sprinkles make them even better.

May Baking | Scones Cheese & Marmite Scones A great treat for Marmite-lovers but also one to try for those on the fence, it adds a definite tasty kick to ordinary cheese scones. These turned out well. I used my Kawaii cutters for these, and made them look cute to look & eat.

May Baking | Scones Scottish Oat Scones Buttery and made moist thanks to a secret ingredient, these oat scones are a Scottish-ish riff on everyone’s favorite breakfast treat. These turned out well! I made mine into rolled up balls. I added dried cranberries to balance the sweetness of the raisins.
