David @davidkay.bsky.social · 08/06/2026I’ve got a general phobia of blood & made it my 30s without needing to get a blood test done. That was until crashing out of the Hackney Half 3 weeks ago and I’ve since had three tests. Nice to be complemented by the nurses for my veiny arms though.
