Check out this paper we worked on a few years back! pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32618396/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.govElectrocardiographic localization of ventricular arrhythmias successfully ablated from the distal great cardiac vein - PubMedCombining a "w" wave in lead I with an early precordial pattern break and an MDI ≥ 0.5 is highly sensitive and specific for identifying the dGCV as a successful ablation site for PVCs. 152

Major observation is that cognitive decline occurs in many « low risk » AF patients. Unfortunately, Rivaroxaban 15 mg daily did not impact this risk in this double-dummy RCT. 084
