One of the knock-on benefits of Universal Basic income, would be that people would not need to waste time on forms, and could use that time for projects, growing vegetables and many many more things.
"Being poor is actually a full-time job & being
broke is like a full-time job with the amount of
paperwork and the time going from office to
office proving what you have done.

With Universal Basic Income all that would
be eliminated with the time liberated to do
something socially productive."

From David Graeber's piece, 'Are You An Anarchist? The Answer May Surprise You!' davidgraeber.org/articles/are...
"We have not even begun to think about
what our lives could be like if technology
were really marshaled to fit human needs.

How many hours would we really need to
work in order to maintain a functional
society — that is, if we got rid of all the
useless or destructive occupations like
telemarketers, financial analysts, prison
guards, bureaucrats & politicians while
turning our best scientific minds away
from working on space weaponry or
stock market systems to mechanizing
away dangerous or annoying tasks
like resource mining or cleaning
the bathroom.”

David Graeber wrote a piece about bullying. It was called "The Bully’s Pulpit." It is a good read if you are looking for something to read today. This is an extract from that piece. And here is the link to the full piece: davidgraeber.org/articles/the...
No one would deny, of course, that humans are flawed creatures. Just about every human language has some analogue of the English “humane” or expressions like “to treat someone like a human being,” implying that simply recognizing another creature as a fellow human entails a responsibility to treat them with a certain minimum of kindness, consideration, and respect. It is obvious, however, that nowhere do humans consistently live up to that responsibility. And when we fail, we shrug and say we’re “only human.” To be human, then, is both to have ideals and to fail to live up to them.

"I’m thinking of a labor movement, but one very different than the kind we’ve already seen. A labor movement that manages to finally ditch all traces of the ideology that says that work is a value in itself, but rather redefines labor as caring for other people." - David Graeber

This is from, Fragments of an Anarchist Anthropology. David Graeber wrote the piece back in 2004.
"It’s not just that anarchism does not tend to have much use for high theory. It’s that it is primarily concerned with forms of practice; it insists, before anything else, that one’s means must be consonant with one’s ends; one cannot create freedom through authoritarian means; in fact, as much as possible, one must oneself, in one’s relations with one’s friends and allies, embody the society one wishes to create."

On Anarchism.
"The easiest way to explain anarchism is to say that
it is a political movement that aims to bring about a
genuinely free society - one where humans only enter
those kinds of relations with one another that would not
have to be enforced by the constant threat of violence.
History has shown that vast inequalities of wealth,
institutions like slavery, debt peonage or wage labour,
can only exist if backed up by armies, prisons, & police.

Anarchists wish to see human relations that would not
have to be backed up by armies, prisons and police.
Anarchism envisions a society based on equality and
solidarity, which could exist solely on the free consent
of participants."

This is a pretty funny story David Graeber explained from his book, the Democracy Project. We have all gone through 'late fees' and felt we did something wrong. Just be aware that if this happens to you again that the companies know exactly what they are doing.
I remember I once allowed a Macy’s clerk to talk me into
acquiring a Macy’s charge card, in order to buy sunglasses.

I sent in a check to pay the charge before leaving the country
for an extended trip, but apparently miscalculated by some
$2.75 when figuring the tax; when I returned a few months
later, I discovered I had something like $500 in late fees.

We’re not in the habit of calculating such numbers because
they are, even more than debts, seen as the wages of sin:
you only pay them because you did something wrong. In fact,
the entire system is now geared toward ensuring we make
such mistakes, since the entire system of corporate profits
depends on them.
