Some say the deal “raises new questions”.

And he doesn’t want to get a round of 9 in before work in the morning, because Trump doesn’t do “mornings“ or “work“.

We need to find the words for Trump’s madness before things blow up | Will Bunch
The media and politicians haven’t pinned down anything resembling a suitable description for a president’s downward spiral or the looming battle for U.S. democracy.

Some day books will be written about how rich white men were butt hurt by the New Deal and spent a century trying to undo it.

A century of not governing but obstructing government. They’ve been doing this since FDR but they were more subtle before Trump.

Daily Show with its coverage: youtu.be/W7009vJkPA8?.... Serious question: which media organization served its audience better--the "news" team at NYT, or the comedy team at the Daily Show? Both reports are accurate but which one is more truthful?

Hat tip to her PR team, but why is @nytimes.com printing a press release for the least engaged, most absent First Lady in history?

The only excuse for covering his statements is to report the lie, or the insanity, or the willful stupidity revealed by the statement. The content of the statement (e.g., "vandals cut the liner") is immaterial except as evidence of his ignorance, dishonesty, dementia, criminality, and cruelty.

A decade of "Trump says..." coverage, and they finally take a stand (if you can call it that) when some legacy media lost their badges. The "Trump says" stories (and the 24x7 camera coverage) should have ended years ago with the awareness that *everything* Trump says is a lie.

I don‘t recall anyone saying global warming would kill us all in 12 years. I think the scientific consensus was that we were that close to global warming being irreversible. And, oh yeah, that‘s still true.

In those 20 years, NB only initiated war twice: Spain (1808) and Russia (1812). All his other wars were defensive wars against allies who declared war first against France. Even in 1815, the allies started the war to remove him.
