Looking at prices for higher end laptops these days I remembered that in 1999 I bought a Toshiba Tecra 750DVD which was the first laptop with a built in DVD drive and MPEG2 decoder built in listed at about $6000.
That’s about double that in today’s
money.
Just putting things in perspective.
