I knew a recruiter who was obsessed with asking "why?". He was checking a reference, who said, "You'll be lucky if he works for you." Recruiter: Why? Reference: Because I could never get him to work for me.

The solar boom is rapidly transforming emerging economies amp.dw.com/en/the-solar...
amp.dw.com
Emerging economies are embracing solar power and skipping fossil fuels much faster than Europe or the US
Renewable electricity is cheaper than ever. So while the West got rich on coal and oil, some of the poorest countries in the world are banking on solar, wind and water instead.

A separatist government in Quebec adds some spice to where projects of national interest are located. Maybe not This Hour content.

A supermajority of the US electorate is responsible for Trump 2.0. Many seem vehemently opposed to taking responsibility for their current situation. And I think there's more avoidance to come, and pain for everyone else, before it gets better.

Maybe. The article references a recent poll showing support above the 60% threshold it needs to pass (however, polls ≠ votes, so who knows). What was striking to me was the eagerness to portray Canadians as "the others", a group to be disparaged, and not just by the Governor.
