So, this is the end of my week off which lasted all of one and a half hours before the shit hit the fan and I ended up doing a shedload of hours, including an all nighter last night. I don’t feel nearly so bad for the lack of productivity at the end of last week now.

Well. It seems that I have now achieved the couch to 10k. And to think that a year ago I didn’t think I’d run again due to age, fatness, lack of puff and sore knees. It’s amazing what a pre-diabetes diagnosis can achieve. Everyone should have one.
