Went to Granite State Comic Con, and found random keychains of two (Taiki and Haruka) of my favs, plus a tiny Fish Eye. I can’t speak for Fish Eye, but the other two appear to be legit!

Acrylic keychains Taiki Ko, Haruka Tenoh, and Fish Eye from Sailor Moon.

I’m watching the second half of Wednesday season 2 after a year+(???) of not watching. They REALLY destroyed the dynamic of the Addams Family. Morticia would be helping Wednesday or at very least being honest about the situation. Not actively fighting against her. Also the cast is stacked.

Going to therapy is important. That way you don’t end up writing a trauma dump essay to a customer service agent in the middle of the night. All I asked for was an order number so I can issue a partial refund. This is above my pay grade.

I like Confessions II, but I need a version where the tracks are remixed into individual songs. They all blend together and it’s hard to tell where one begins and the other ends.

I listed to Eien no Melody (seemingly die the first time??) and I I didn’t realize how good of a job Oh Stary Night from the dub did such a good job of matching the melody and mood of it.

I don't think it's explicitly stated, but I feel that the DiC and Cloverway dubs age the characters up. I always saw Moon and the Inners as being between 16 and 17 at the beginning of the series, with Uranus and Neptune at least 18 or 19 at the beginning of S.

Dave F @davedraws.bsky.social · 23/06/2026

Controversial (?) opinion: I really like Haruka/ Amara's voice for the Cloverwawy English dub. It's the perfect mix of butch and fem that scratches an itch.

There are two very important things to me are celebrating anniversaries today. June 1, 1998 Sailor Moon premiered on Toonami. I happened to catch the first episode out of the blue and was instantly hooked. It inspired me to create art, and got me into making some sweet Geocities website.

The Little Mermaid musical replacing “I Want the Good Times Back” with “Daddy’s Little Angel” is a crime. The added sub plot of Flounder having romantic feelings for Ariel is worthy of corporal punishment.

My opinion is that every paperback edition of a hardcover book (or books released straight to paperback) should have French Flaps. Mass market paperbacks don’t need this as it defeats the purpose of them.
