I think the fact that Trump is selling pardons for $1 million and the Supreme Court says that is okay, combined with Biden’s pardons…but the truth is the Presidential pardon has always been problematic. Lincoln pardoned his wife’s family member, who fought for the South. Its a vestige of monarchy.
