I recently passed 10 years at my current company, which is a pretty mind boggling thing for me to think about. I've had a few gigs hit 7 years, but never longer. That brings me to 13 years total in the industry, which is also pretty wild since I never intended to join it.

A certain AAA studio told employees that their internal gen AI was trained only on local data, but whenever said employees tried to generate an image of a woman holding a gun, it generated Lara Croft. The studio was not Crystal Dynamics, and had never worked on the Tomb Raider IP in any capacity.

So like when you're walking down a sidewalk and you want the next 4 steps on each foot to touch tiles of roughly equal surface area, do you apply different weights to the area if the tiles are of different materials? I kinda feel like stone slab tiles should count for more than concrete.
