So this started off as a doodle, and then I was like. Lemme try and create a shadow effect… one day I’ll actually finish this and color it. In the meantime, enjoy a doodle. To say Forseth is afraid of his shadow is an understatement. #theelementals #someonetowatchoverme #doodles

Doodle done in blueish purple color.

Depiction of Forseth’s face with a hand covering his mouth. One side of his face is shown to be fading off too a solid color with shadow tendrils phasing off. A glowing eye peeks through, as well as a crooked smile. The other side of his face is almost normal, with a darkened eye and visible iris. Tears drip from his face.

I also did a lineup so you could see their heights in relation to one another. Basically, the Elementals here are the ones that are “in power” during #someonetowatchoverme . Their predecessors are mentioned (and I am actually working on their lineup lol)

A line up depicting all of the Elementals together. The two that are missing are both the Penumbra and the Mind Elemental (for spoiler and story reasons).

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 31/08/2026

What would #theelementals be without the *actual* Elementals? Y’know… the avatars (basically) of each element? The only two elements not represented are Mind and Penumbra (which is a little flavor of everything). Why? Because it’s a secret 🤫 Some of these are actually older drawings hahaha

Okay!! Finally got around to doing this. I’ve been meaning to celebrate 600+ followers for a little while now lol but I took a hiatus from social media for a few months. I’m in the mood to draw people’s OCs! Please check out the rules and whatnot, and if you got questions, lmk!

Data2048 600+ Follower OC Challenge!

Rules:
1) Be a follower (new followers are def okay!)
2) Like and Repost this post
3) Give me ONE (underlined) OC and tell me a little about them!

4) I will draw most anything, but do be wary that Mecha and animals are not my strong suits. As a fair warning, I don’t really draw NSFW content, so please tag appropriately.
5) No AI / NFTs or anything to promote hate. (In small text) I will block you immediately.

Notes:
- I will draw as many OCs as I can. All drawn OCs will be in color and be the equivalent of a half-body commission.

-I don’t require an art trade, but if you want to draw an OC of mine, go for it!

- Tips on Ko-Fi are also appreciated, but not required. (It does not make me draw any faster lol)

This OC Challenge will close on: Saturday, September 5 @ 11:59 pm (EST)

Originally, I just had a panel with Vlatka just sitting there. But since breaking up the chapter and editing the flow, I have him is own intro lol I love that Vlatka looks so serious. He’s really a giant goof and sassy.

Screenshot of a page from Someone to Watch Over Me. Page introduces General Vlatka, who dramatically enters and sits while asking Rei and Feton about the whereabouts of another character.

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 16/08/2026

And here’s Crissa’s! Trying to figure out a pose and her expression was two of the hardest parts about this lol so I gave her a little pout #someonetowatchoverme #theelementals #stwom

As I work on the third chapter, I realized that the flow was a bit… odd. And it’s already a long chapter, so I broke it up lol now I have divider illustrations. Here’s the first one! #someonetowatchoverme #theelementals #stwom

Illustration of Forseth mid-fight. Forseth is crouched low to the ground with his left hand in front of him and his right hand behind him. Streams of shadow flow around him as he grins to someone off camera.

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

While Forseth has Ghosts (his special unit), Sisco has Shadows. At least, these are the only four that I have come up with and named (Forseth has 9 lol).

4 characters in a line, all with a similar outfit color scheme: Dark greys and an accent of bright green.

Kairo- black skin, ashy purple hair pulled into dreadlocks, in a top knot. Ice blue eyes. Text below reads Kairo, Ice, (m., he/him, ace)

Momo - dark brown hair pulled into a bun, dark tan skin, flowing green and teal outfit. Pink eyes. Text below reads: Mophet (Momo), Plant, (m., he/him, pan).

Voya - tan skin, long blond hair, elf ears. Brown eyes. Text reads: Voya, light, (trans man, he/him, gay).

Fauna - dark tan skin with freckles, bobbed platinum blonde hair with a brown ombre, purple eyes. She has small deer antlers and deer ears. Text reads: Fauna, Geo, (f., she/her, bi)

0114

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

Just for the record… Crissa is like, 5’9” (176cm) and Forseth is closer to 6’9”-10 (207cm).

Screenshot of a comic (Someone to Watch Over Me); a tall man shakes hands with a woman significantly shorter than he. The tall man is Forseth, the woman is Crissa. There is an extra character standing between them.

291

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

I mean, look. He’s just chaos 99% of the time. He’s like “IM A MEAN STORM CLOUD” and his twin brother is a ray of sunshine. (Have another one of Forseth’s expressions)

160

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

Okay, but since I’m in a sharing mood and I wanna gush about Forseth, his expressions give me life. Look at this, and these are all from Chapter 3 and 1. He’s the king of rbf, but his smile can be so nice.

2153

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 08/08/2026

In hindsight, I really should have just inked and done my flat colors as I finished a chapter… but at least I got through some first reads and glances with people. I’ll have to rethink my process a bit. Chapter 3 is the longest chapter, and also pretty background intense, so… yeah. (Sob) #stwom

How Forseth expects people to react when he spontaneously appears… vs. How Crissa reacts. #someonetowatchoverme #theelementals #comicWIP

A random soldier is spooked by Forseth. He screams “AAAAAAH!!! HOLY SHIT COMMANDER FORSETH.”

He leans away from Forseth, who stands tall and calm.

Crissa stares at Forseth and says “You’re HUGE.” (Emphasis on the huge). Her inner thoughts: A goddamn MOUNTAIN. In smaller text: I’d climb that.

092

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 31/07/2026

Just in case you were curious… this is what the page looks like now (I’ll add shading later. The current step is to ink and put in flat colors for the first 5 chapters)

Slowly loosing my mind over this one panel. Yes. One panel. Send help.

Screenshot of a comic panel with a bunch of various characters from The Elementals. The most important characters sit in the front row, with Haseo being the focal point (black and teal). Vycer is moving to sit next to him, and Sisco greets Vycer. Brek sits to the left of Sisco, with Keits next to him (who is chatting with the people to his right).

283

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 21/07/2026

In the midst of working on comic pages, I got on a big doodle kick of Keits and Brek (my forbidden pairing of a Lycan and Vampire). The last two drawings are future kids and then me suffering with backgrounds in the third chapter haha

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

Some height charts to help me keep this consistent. The first one is of Forseth’s Ghosts, the second is of some of the key characters in #someonetowatchoverme. …I do technically have a nsfw version of the second image, partly out of humor, partly because… sizing. 😏

Height chart of Forseth’s special unit (Ghosts). Each character has a similar color palette (especially to Forseth’s espionage uniform, not depicted).

Height chart of the key players in Someone to Watch Over Me

Can you tell that I spent way too much time watching Tamon’s B-Side? And then promptly got reinvested in Jpop and Kpop boy bands? Was I inspired? Is this totally not canon? The answer is yes. #theelementals #someonetowatchoverme

Upper left: Keits (lycan). Upper right: Sisco (portal mage). Bottom left: Brek (vampire; blood magic). Bottom right: Azazel (penumbra). Center: Forseth (mind)

0108

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

Some #someonetowatchoverme illustrations. That last one is actually a panel from the comic haha! I just liked it a lot. The joke has been that Forseth would do ANYTHING for his kids.

Illustration of Forseth reading a book to his two small children, and a pregnant Crissa asleep on his shoulder. Eileen (back) ties pigtails into her dad’s hair and adds clips, but is highly distracted by the story being read. Kurtis stands on Forseth’s lap with a binky in his mouth, seemingly invested in the story.

Elgret dressed in sheer clothing with gold and pearl accents and jewels. He stares off to the side forlornly. Hued purple.

Illustration of Forseth (left) holding Haseo’s (right), hand. Both are twins.

097

Nik (data2048) @data2048.bsky.social · 20/07/2026

So while I was on hiatus, I worked on some background characters in #someonetowatchoverme, as well as separating them by their rank. The Legion is fairly big, so all of these characters are just parts, and not all. The only numbers accurate are the General & Lt. Generals.

If you see this, post your comfort characters! … so I’ll pick characters that aren’t my own OCs 🤣 I have a thing for grumpy characters with a red palette, I guess… or are fire elements, which is hilarious to me.

Promotional art of Roy Mustang from the Full Metal Alchemist series. Character with black hair caught in the wind, black eyes staring off to the right with a smug expression. He holds his gloved right hand mid-snap; his glove has an alchemy circle. He wears a blue military uniform.

Character art of Zero from the Megaman X series. Red, rocket-like armor with yellow and white accents, green jewels on ankles, chest. Blue triangular jewel on helmet. Helmet has a devil like design. Long, blond hair in a ponytail flows down toward his ankles. Tall, blue eyes. Left hand is a cannon, while right hand holds a blue saber.

Promotional art of Toa Tahu from the Bionicle series (first generation; 2001 set). Red primary color, orange limbs. Red mask. Holds a fire sword. Lava surfing.

Luke from Tales of the Abyss. Green eyes that stare determinedly at the camera. Reddish hair cut short, long sideburns, and hair spikes in a downward direction. White crop coat that drapes long in the back. Grey pants with yellow accents. Half gloves.

Character introduction time! Meet Azazel, another Commander in the Alliance (he is in the Communications Division with Haseo). But, he put himself on administrative leave for some unknown reason. Does he look familiar? Good. There’s a reason for that 😜 #theelementals #someonetowatchoverme

Character art of a male OC named Azazel. Slightly built, fit body physique. Has long, silver hair that drapes over his face on the right side, and some shorter stands fall onto his chest. He wears a black, sleeveless shirt, fitted. Around his waist, he wears a black and light blue outfit, similar in design to the other officers in the Alliance (see: Forseth). Azazel has heterochromia: his left eye is a dark, greyish blue, and the right eye is a dark red.

Screenshot of a comic page, sketched in green. The page is about Forseth and Vycer inside Forseth’s apartment, who offers him coffee or tea as he dodges a question regarding whether or not he dislikes Sisco.

#fluffuary2026 - The Epic Conclusion… Days 27 and 28, “I love you.” Two different moods, and two things that will happen in the story. Anyway - until next year! But this is not the last time you’ll see the cast of #someonetowatchoverme, so stay tuned!!

Illustration of a bloodied Haseo reaching up and touching Sisco’s face while saying “Don’t… ever forget… how much I love you, Sisco.”

It’s a rainy scene, with Sisco’s panel pointing toward the sky, and Haseo toward the ground. Sisco holds him up as both cry.

Forseth is over Crissa as she wraps her arms around him saying “Forseth, I—… I love you.”

I 100% blame @sweetsugarchaos.bsky.social for this. She sent me this gif in response to the comic for day 21, and I couldn’t stop laughing at the idea that Vycer is Saitama… #someonetowatchoverme #theelementals

Screenshot of a scene from One Punch Man pointing at a small character saying “what’s with this sassy… lost child?”

Redraw of the previous scene, but with OC Vycer (where Saitama was) pointing at a child Forseth (who is flipping Vycer off). Text reads: What’s with this sassy… lost child?
