I totally appreciate people's need to express themselves and not bottle their feelings. But I don't yet have good enough boundaries and inner peace to not be completely drained by the constant barrage of anger, fear, and grief about the big stuff going on. Life has been extraordinary hard lately. Sometimes stepping back and being with myself is the only way forward. Sometimes being courageous is just getting up and looking out and within. I'm slowly coming out of my hole again. I'm trying my best not to feed myself any more despair. Please be gentle.

The complicated truth about the situation is while she loved her animals sometimes that can go too far, and exotic animals shouldn't be treated as domesticated house pets just because it makes for cute videos. But people also went way overboard and lost the plot trying to obsessively criticize her
