Hot topic for literally dozens of us, but is there a better disc of Star Trek than this? Individually, these episodes might struggle to crack an all-time top 5. But cumulatively? These represent the absolute best of Trek.

The episode list for Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 4 Disc 3. The list reads as follows:
Data’s Day
The Wounded
Devil’s Due
Clues
First Contact

They’ve got some extremely neat exhibits (moon rock, the world’s first electric train, 16th century books, ships, helicopters, CERN stuff) at Milan’s Science Museum. But they really pull out the big guns in the kids’ play lab:

The interior of the box is purple and it’s covered with clear Perspex. The surrounding ceiling tiles are white with small coloured strips along one edge, also illuminated.

I felt dirty picking this up, but needs must when it’s delisted without warning. Was a racing game ever not improved by the addition of dinosaurs?

For any/everyone who needs it after a long old week 👍

Dale Cooper from Twin Peaks giving a good, solid thumbs up with a confident, positive expression on his face. Surrounding him are positive phrases rendered in white text (all lower case, sans serif, sizes vary).

Clockwise from the top left, text reads:
“you are a valuable human being”
“keep doing your best”
“good work”
“i love you”
“you should probably have some coffee”
“i like your outfit”

Nintendo improved on this feature-wise, but the look and feel of this upgrade was just 👨‍🍳👌 So smooth and comfortable. My OG was red but this blue is also beautiful:

A long way from launch, and in need of repair following a severe gravitational anomaly in December. But despite it all, she still gets the pulse racing any day, and double on 17/01. 🖖

One final bag and boom, ready to launch. A couple of mods I want to make before taking her out but construction is essentially finished. It’s hard to convey just how big this ship is! She’s a beauty

Still only 9 bags in with this 30-bag beauty! I’m thinking about options to mod the deflector that keep that the cool printed piece but make it closer to its onscreen look. A sticker is the obvious solution, but I’m exploring other ideas.

I'm super happy with the subtlety of the aztecing but I want a close-to-imperceptible third layer with a light smoke/metallic sheen before detailing with hull markings. So I'm bringing a Pike-r-prise flavour to the Enterprise G! This only took…a couple of hours 🫠

Trying to light panels like these, at this scale, on my first proper build ever, was not the sane choice. 🤪

Trying to get back to this after a couple of months away. It seems like it should be an easy job, but scratching windows out is a long and hazardous process if you want them clean. I’m 95% there, but next up is some extensive touch-up before a sealing coat.
