Wet rags, keep them on the fridge and roll them up so they're long. Put them against the back of your neck and drape the ends forward. It'll help cool you off. Find your way to any shade near water, if you can't swim, dunk yourself and go sit in the shade. Repeat as necessary. 2/7

I was out doing Doordash and I saw a dog on the side of the road. She's underweight, her back right leg is hurt, but she is the sweetest thing. Took forever to get her in my car, ended my dash about her. She goes to the shelter in the morning so they can help find her people. Made $8 today,worth it.

Being on lithium has been really good for me but it's also a little scary sometimes. I didn't drink quite enough water yesterday and I woke up feeling kind of drunk. So now I'm sitting here double fisting water and Gatorade praying I haven't given myself lithium toxicity. Fun times!
