In Lugi's voice: "Happy birthday, bro!" @darragquest.bsky.social #nanrait

Thanks, Luigi. I really didn't expect something like this. Happy birthday to you, too

Thanks Katlyn :") (I wish I could eat the slimeburger and that it wasn't virtual only. It looks so gooo-d)

I particularly enjoy the alliteration and assonance in the first two stanzas (I ended up speaking them aloud to physically feel the sounds heh...)

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 29/09/2026

Intriguing. I didn't like it for how unclear he was (the blame is on me for doing that angle, though). My least favourite is the squirrel.

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Thank you. It is certainly... something 🥲

My brother and their friends doodled Spongebob characters on a call. It seemed fun, so I gave it a go, too 🫠👍

Deformed doodles of characters from Spongebob Squarepants. From left to right: Sandy Cheeks, Squidward Tentacles, Spongebob, Mr. Krabs and Patrick Star.

Fun noticing the amount of DS and 3DS titles. I thought Undertale might be in there (though I know how it is hard to make a top 9).

This will always be a banger

Commission I did for @mapl3-syruppoetry.bsky.social based on the Poképoem she wrote (find it below). Thanks again for the commission!

Not sticking to a design also meant I could avoid spending time on the details (haha...)

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Thanks for bringing it up! I don't prefer any one of her designs but think they both do things better than the other. I didn't think about it too much, but loosely put in parts I thought work for her, whilst keeping the red braces so as to continue from Strive.

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Trust me, I would love to draw others. I can't, though. Have commitments I need to do attend to 😔

110

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Thank you. Calling her a snake is legitimately a compliment I value heh

110

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Lol, I did not know that. It is so stupid (positive connotation)

More Ramlethal. (didn't look at reference for Luciferos and got his details wrong🏋️‍♀️) #guiltygear #ramlethal

A collection of digital sketches of Ramlethal, Luciferos and a mage hound from the Guilty Gear videogame series.

Mm mm, I agree with you there. Meanwhile, Elphelt is very outward and expressive with her emotions; kind of like a dog

110

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

Haven't seen much fanart, honestly, (I am very VERY new to Guilty Gear!) but that's interesting. She has a lot of wild, somewhat animalistic poses and animations in Xrd that I thought were super fun. I wonder if people take more from her more reserved disposition in Strive?

110

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Thanks! Although I don't know much, what Nanrait has told me definitely has those sentiments. I think it's rad - especially for a fighting series. And I read and watched parts of Ram's story and ho-boy it is simple but so so good.

020

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

You are correct! I actually drew more of her but Medibang crashed and I lost half of it 😔 Wanted to draw for fun today and Ramlethal came to mind

010

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Thank you!!! I don't feel very fluent at drawing, but I like drawing gnarly poses 😈

Ramlethal Valentine (my brother @nanrait.bsky.social has been sharing what they've learned about Guilty Gear with me recently) #guiltygear #ramlethal

It's also somewhat ironic that Link's Awakening, ALTTP'S direct sequel, is one of my favourite games in general.

050

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

Here is a version with a couple of notes (complaints!) I did when drawing. There are many other issues that I won't get into.

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 07/09/2026

I finished A Link to the Past this morning (a very misleading name btw. I prefer to call it "A Link to the Pink") and had a plethora of design issues with it - both visually and in terms of game design and story telling. I thought it would do more for me. #zelda

A digital drawing of Link from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past surrounded by fire balls and lasers. Link looks frustrated, angry and tired. He is equipped with the Blue Mail, tempered Master Sword, Mirror Shield and Pegasus Boots in their in-game colouration.

Thank you! My hands are mostly stylised, so I feel like a bit of a fraud lol. Still, I enjoy drawing them (especially the gnarly, tense ones 😈🧛)

020

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

You may not have seen me in person yet, but you are correct; I am indeed a hand.

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

This is a drawing of me I did quickly to provide for an application today. I had to upload a portrait which could have been a photo or a drawing. Naturally, I chose to share a drawing (a very representative one, too)

A digital sketch of a hand with a human face protruding from its palm.

Darragh and bros do not exist in this universe 😔

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 16/08/2026

Here are some photos I took and liked in Tasomachi's photo mode. I really like photo modes, but sometimes have to limit myself from taking too many as it takes up a lot of time : )

012

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

You are not. I know what you are talking about now (well, I thought you could have meant this earlier but I wasn't sure). The overhead angle reminded me of it too🙃. Perhaps I am a complete and utter fraud (Ik we have the full illustration in our DQ artbook, but I'm too lazy to take+send a photo)

The PAL package art of Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2 on the Ninitendo DS.

110

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

Thank you. I suck at graphic design and titling, so didn't want to fake it (I made it deliberately simple). Funnily enough, even if it wasn't my intention I thought longhorn beetle mutant's pose was a bit Toriyama-esque. And sorry, can't say I know what you're talking about with DQ Monster thing

110

Darrag @darragquest.bsky.social · 13/08/2026

I feel like the one to be thanking you 😉

Reimagined Mutants - Volume 1 I am thinking of making a zine of mutants to hopefully sell at a local comic and art market along with a comic I am working on that I have not yet shared on Bluesky. It is also an excuse to make a cover-style illustration 😶‍🌫️🧛 #kamenrider #kamenriderblack #monsterdesign

Looks like your torso. And Sad does in fact rhyme with Skinny.

Here are Yukumo and whom I refer to as "Neko-san" separated as I don't think the composition of them together works very well. Also, I've been drawing, but it's been a long time since I've drawn a human of normal proportions, so my want to draw a normal human was another reason I drew this :)

Yukumo, a girl in yellow attire, jumping through the air.

Neko-san wobbling off-balance atop a glowing lantern.
