The USA turning against their own allies (Canada, Europe and others) is one of the best scenarios for Russia, China and North Korea: 1. It refocus on the US treats (more immediate) so we forget about their own endeavors. 2. It validates their own expansionist goals (if the US can do, why can't we?)
