Coming back to this now that Veilgaurd is out... are you still unable to answer Question #1? What happens to our HoF? @eplerjc.bsky.social tagging you as well just in case lol 😊

@trickweekes.bsky.social @eplerjc.bsky.social could one of you please answer this... when the anchor is removed from the Inquisitor does that prevent the anchor from killing them? The dialogue hints that it doesn't save them only prolongs life but also it is hinting at his plans. Which is it?

Putting my Inky through it woth this demon possessed version of her.

@eplerjc.bsky.social Could you tell me who these sculptures depict from Suledin Keep in DAI? Or were these just random motifs made? Can't seem to find anything in the Codex.

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 27/07/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social since Solas brought up the Veil does that mean he too is no longer immortal? Or is he still immortal in terms of aging?

010

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 22/07/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social @eplerjc.bsky.social Not sure if this is something that can be answered, but during Trespasser, before Solas takes the Inquisitor's mark and arm away, he mentions that the mark is killing them. Is the mark still killing them or did removing the arm stop that completely?

@trickweekes.bsky.social Hello I'm back with a few DA question that I hope you can answer. Do the elves in the Tirashan forest consider themselves Dalish? Will we see more of them in future works? Why do they use crimson markings?

One of the things I absolutely love about #DragonAge is the amazing world the team has built and the stories you can make with it. Meet MY Inquisitor Fen'Zarya Lavellan, I can't wait to see how she will be incorporated into #DragonAgeTheVeilGuard. I already have my first Rook planned, so excited!

@trickweekes.bsky.social I am not sure if these 2 questions can be answered right now but... 1. What happens to our HoF? 2. Often times in Dialogue Solas is vocal about who his people are, distinguishing himself from other elves. But with Sera he says our people. Is there a reason for that?

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 03/07/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social or @eplerjc.bsky.social What region of modern world would Nevarra fall into? I.e. Antiva seems to be influenced by Mediterranean countries, what is Nevarra influenced based on? Bonus question... is there a proper term for a group of nugs?

120

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 03/07/2024

Thank you for the clarity! You have pleased many in the DA Fandom lol

010

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 02/07/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social @eplerjc.bsky.social previously it was stated by Mary Kirby that necromancy was technically considered blood magic. However is this no longer the case since Rook (who can be a necromancer) will not do blood magic?

120

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 20/06/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social I have a question, now that DA: The Veilguard has released its in-game footage, and Game Informer published their article, is there a reason why Solas did not just tell Varric what he was trying to do at that very moment?

000

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 28/05/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social Can you confirm if Elves are capable if growing facial hair or not? In a banter between Solas and Blackwall, Blackwall states he hasn't seen an Elf with a beard but Solas counters and says "you haven't seen many elves". Is this another "what Solas says" moment?

000

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 23/05/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social hello! I have a Dragon Age question! Lol it is mentioned that between 9:31-9:37 Dragon that an Arlathvhen is supposed to occur in Halamshiral but there is no mention if it actually does. Are you able to confirm this and what occurred during it if it did happen?

010

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 03/05/2024

Hate that for you 😔🥺.. Sometimes we need that space and safe haven to keep from lashing out at loved ones. Glad you can at least step away to do just woosah.

000

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 02/05/2024

Sorry I should clarify the last part. Daniel with the Seekers says he is not possessed but the demon is inside him. Is that STILL a form of possession? Trying to determine what defines possession in Thedas.

000

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 02/05/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social In Thedas, if a demon or spirit takes over ones body but does not have control is that still considered possession? Wynn is possessed but the spirit has no control, but one of the Seekers in DAI has a demon in him that cant control and it kills him from within.

I completely understand, thank you for the response!

000

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 29/04/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social (Trespasser spoilers) 2 questions 1. Is Solas' ability to turn people to stone a power he inherited from Mythal or is this something he would've been able to do at his full strength anyways? 2. Did Mythal willingly get absorbed or did Solas absorb her essence by force?

200

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 22/04/2024

I appreciate the answers, whoever it was that added the little head shake, TY! Best part of his romance scene was seeing the thoughts running through his head with a simple headshake. Also, skyhold kitchen says he has peculiar requirements regarding tea, what are they? I thought he detest tea.

010

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 21/04/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social 2 questions if you do not mind 1. Who is responsible for the little head shake movement Solas has during his romance scenes? 2. Many fans view Solas as racist towards anyone not ancient Elvhen. Some say its a lack of information due to his long slumber. Thoughts?

120

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 08/04/2024

@eplerjc.bsky.social or @trickweekes.bsky.social Question regarding a scene in the Fade when you meet Flemeth in DAI. There is a statue with a sword in its back . Lore states this is Dirthamen, are you able to confirm this? If so is there a lore reason for the sword or is it just aesthetics?

020

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 08/04/2024

I do want to note it is the only reference to Iced Tea I was able to locate lol

110

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 08/04/2024

According to the Alcohol and Drugs Wiki page, iced tea is mentioned in one of the drink recipes and its reference is #32 Alix Wilton Regan Twitch Stream

😭 we Sollavellans will just have to keep writing fanfics that we secretly hope you read. Lol thanks for putting up with my insistent questions.

000

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 06/04/2024

@eplerjc.bsky.social @trickweekes.bsky.social Question, do we have a solid answer as to why Elvhen genetics are washed out when they enter interracial resltionships? For example, hunan and an elf offspring would look human, same as dwarf anf elf.

210

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 06/04/2024

And yes I do realize as a hardcore Solas romancer that I am torturing myself with this what if question but I am dying to know what could have been lol.

000

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 06/04/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social A question from your devoted Solavellan fans, if you could've written a...let's call it a happy ending... to the Solas romance, agenda aside, how would it have ended? More along the lines of Blackwall's relationship or more along the lines of say Cullen or Josephine?

220

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 05/04/2024

The fact that you at least replied instead of ignoring means a lot to me and affirms my decision to stay true to this franchise!

120

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 05/04/2024

Can I just compliment that the subtle differences between a friendly and rival Inquisitor during the scene where Solas takes their hand is gold. Tresspasser has to be my fav DLC in any game that Ive played. So thank you team!

030

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 05/04/2024

Another question you may or may not be able to answer, but would you consider Solas a reliable source considering who he is? Someone who is willing to withold truths?

000

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 05/04/2024

Not sure if you're able to answer this, but there is a lot of DA material that hint the Ancient Elvhen were once spirits made "real". Are you able to confirm this? Where do humans come from if Dwarves came from Titans, Elves possibly spirits, etc?

130

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 05/04/2024

Literally, this is a vibe, I have notes everywhere for all my fanfics and actual work. Randomly finding notes in jacket pockets and hidden purse pouches of notes to a story I wrote 10 years ago.

110

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 04/04/2024

Also, no problem at all! It may have not actually been stated before.

000

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 04/04/2024

This is what the Dragon Age Wiki community has gathered so far. We try our very best to keep the Wiki as lore accurate as possible so if by chance you do check your lore and see it is incorrect please let me know and Ill let our editors know!

010

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 04/04/2024

As promised, I have another question... Do you have a canon month that Trespasser starts? Or at least time of the year (spring, summer, autumn, winter)? Trying to sort out the timeline for my fanfic.

100

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 04/04/2024

Thank you so much! Please dont block me if I have more questions later lmfao.

010

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 04/04/2024

TY so much for responding back! Literally you are one of my fav writers/devs so this is a dream. Now as much as I love Solas... I need to know... In the Missing, Strife has a Vallaslin now. What is the time difference between your story and The Missing, as originally he did not have a Vallaslin?

130

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 03/04/2024

Fascinating! But what about the Necromancer skill tree in the games or the Mortalitasi, wouldn't that be a form of raising the dead or is that just raising spirits?

100

DarkGoddessEris @darkgoddesseris.bsky.social · 03/04/2024

@trickweekes.bsky.social Another dragon age question if you do not mind to answer. To clarify, does Solas remove the Inquisitor's arm or does the Inquisitor have it removed afterwards? If the answer is the former, does Solas or any mage have the ability to regenerate the arm back?
